Engine in for good!

This has become a VERY popular swap as of recently (we sell mounts for this if you didn't know) so I wanted to post a few more pictures depicting what I have found to be the best method for installation.

Installation from the top via engine hoist works well but I recommend the use of a load leveler. I also want to note that I tend to make the rear chains a lot longer than the front so you can tip it a lot.

Also remove the extra sheet metal piece used on 323/m20 cars. It bolts right back up after the engine is in place but in fact allows for more room when dropping it in.

Hanging from the hoist, leave intake off

At this point you will want to drop the nose

It will touch here slightly, drop the nose now

It's tight but fits....as you lower continue to drop the nose
