As with everything in this build we were doing things that we had never done before. The owner wanted to have AC as he lives in CA but he didn't want a huge looking center console either.

We choose to use an after market HVAC unit and make a bunch more custom bits.

This process took a long time and A LOT of head scratching and work. I am going to skim though it a bit here for the sake of how large this build is. If you want to see more pictures you can dig through the gallery...there are almost 700 of them.
