Turning our attention to the interior, it's time to patch those floors up. This job was made easy thanks to these stamped heritage panels.
I did have to remove more metal from the pedal box area, but only to gain access to the drivers frame rail. It had suffered quite a bit of corrosion. The brake master being directly above it no doubt contributed to rot. That fluid just destroys paint. A sloppy fill up or two will eat that paint away, and then years later, your frame rail is toast. But that's okay. We've got grinders and welders to deal with that.
This is one of the more satisfying areas to work on, seeing as how easy it is, and how much perceived work gets knocked out when these are done. That being said, let's take a small look at how it went. As always, many more pics in the gallery.
